Your room /apartment is available to you from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Our reception is open daily from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. If the apartment/room is ready earlier, we’ll gladly leave the key in our key box at the hotel entrance. Self check‑in between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. is possible only if the pre‑check‑in sent by e‑mail in advance has been completed and signed. We’ll send you an e‑mail with a link about three days before your stay. If you need help or have questions, feel free to get in touch.

If you arrive late, after 8 p.m., we’ll place the key in the key box at the hotel entrance. This can be done only after prior notice.

The room /apartment must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

We kindly ask that you settle the room and restaurant bill by 8 p.m. the evening before.

We’re happy to offer a bread service for your apartment. Just fill out the list to select the desired bread-rolls and drop it off at reception by 6 p.m. the day before. The rolls will be available in front of the apartment starting at 7:30 a.m. You’ll find the list in your apartment.

The overnight fee is €3.50 per person per night for guests aged 16 and older. This charge will be listed separately on your invoice.

Payment can be settled on site in cash, with an EC‑card, Mastercard, or VISA.

Dogs are allowed upon request for a fee of €15 per day, without food. Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are not permitted in the dining room. If you register in advance for dinner, we’ll gladly reserve a table where you can bring your dog. Any damages will be charged.

The entire hotel, including all rooms and apartments, is a non-smoking facility.

Directly at our hotel, an electric‑vehicle charging station is available for you. The charging session must be booked in advance and activated by us. For billing we use the number of kilowatt‑hours (kWh) delivered. There is no automatic billing.

You may park your car in front of our house free of additional charges.

Your bicycle/e‑bike can be stored in our ski room. Charging facilities are available right at the entrance area, and charging is free of charge. The ski room is locked and can be opened with your room key card. Please note that we assume no liability for anything stored in the ski room. Rental stations are located directly in town.

In the entrance area you’ll find a heated, lockable ski and shoe storage room. Boot warmers are available. No liability is assumed.

Wi‑Fi is available to you throughout the house free of charge.
